Parks and Conservation Areas

In the city, you will find over 100 parks and recreation areas to explore. Conservation Areas managed by the Lakehead Regional Conservation Authority can found in and nearby the city. Venture outside city limits and you will find world-famous Provincial and National parks such as Kakabeka, Ouimet Canyon, Sleeping Giant, Quetico, Wabikimi and Pukaskwa.
