Mountain Biking
Thunder Bay has a great variety of trails for you to enjoy, from modern flow trails to old school rock tech. Trowbridge Forest is home to a diverse 22km singletrack trail system with a trail to satisfy every riding style. Those who love flow will be satisfied with Drift, a new machine built trail with lots of optional features to try. Head over to Snakes and Ladders or Otherside to navigate your way through Canadian shield rock tech and cedar bridges.
Bring the whole family out to warm up on the Prospector Skills Trail and Fool’s Gold before heading up Conveyor Belt into Shuniah Mines, the heart of the trails system.

Thunder Bay has over 56 kilometres of multi-use trails and over 42 kilometres of bike lanes and shared lanes. Multi-use trails are for all person-powered transportation: bikes, walkers, joggers, e-bikes, wheelchairs, and more. Bike lanes and shared lanes are on-road facilities for people on bikes.
