Canada Games Complex
The Canada Games Complex is a year round facility for aquatics, fitness and recreation activities for Thunder Bay, and the surrounding area. Home of Thunder Bay Diving Club and Thunderbolts Swim Club, the Complex was built to host the swimming, diving and water polo events of the 1981 Canada Summer Games.

Fort William Gardens
The Fort William Gardens is a complete multi-purpose facility with the capability to host a variety of events such as hockey, figure skating, short track speed skating and other sporting events. The building was completely renovated in 1994 and 1995. The Gardens is home to the Lakehead University Thunder Wolves Hockey Team.

Baseball Central was initiated in 1987 to house two ball fields to meet senior men’s league specifications. One ball field has been completed with approximately $600,000 of upgrades. A second field is in development.

The Park is owned by the City of Thunder Bay and operated by Thunder Bay Senior Baseball Association.
Port Arthur Stadium
Port Arthur Stadium is used exclusively for baseball and is home to the Thunder Bay Border Cats of the Northwoods League. From 1993 to 1998, the stadium was also home to the Thunder Bay Whiskey Jacks of the Northern Professional League. The Port Arthur Stadium was constructed in 1951.

Port Arthur Curling Club

The Fort William Country Club is located below the backdrop of the majestic Nor’Wester Mountain Range. The 18 championship hole course is excellent for all levels of golfers. The Kentucky Bluegrass, the Bentgrass Greens and Tee Boxes are trimmed to perfection and abundant fish ponds. Many golfers say the course is comparable to the some of the most picturesque courses in the world. The Fort William Country Club was created in 1926.

Whitewater Golf Club
The Whitewater Golf Club is a 27-hole championship course located in the valley between the Kaministiquia River and the Rosslyn Oxbow Wetland. The course was created by Thomas McBroom Associates Ltd. whose signature is synonymous with premier golf courses across Canada and around the world. There are three courses, The Forest Course, The River Course, and The Sand Barrens Course, which will be constructed in the near future.
